Tourney Assistance with a tournament structure? (1 Viewer)

So we usually play cash and it's our once a year tournament. We didn't have enough for 2 tables like normal and nobody seems interested in cash afterwards or a second tournament.

We're doing a $50 buy-in bounty tournament. $40 to the purse, $10 bounty.

What's a good structure for a lengthy tournament that will get people to the dinner break and last a while? 4-6 hours is fine.

I have a set designed around 10k starting stacks for 30 people and rebuys so we've got chips to work with.

Starting stack? Blind structure? Y'all are way better at this than me. 20k stacks is okay if it makes sense. We've never really had a shit load of chips out at once so I'm okay with something deep.

If you have a 30-player T25-base set at your disposal, I'd run the following event for 10 players:

• 25k starting stacks (12/12/5/6/3)
• 20-minute blind levels starting at 50/100 (250bb)
• optional 25k re-buys (5xT1000 + 4xT5000)
