Partly from the look and feel of the chips -- the composition seems slightly harder and glossier (?) than Paulson LCV -- and partly from the shiny "inside" of the hat. Paulson chip hats are a little duller, C&J are a little shinier.

Without edge spots it's very difficult to tell the difference between C&J and Paulson from just photos. With the chips in hand, though, and with something to compare them to that I *know* are C&J, I'm reasonably sure these are also C&J.
