Just noticed that the yellow is LCV vs SCV for the other, or am I wrong? and how come

and let's make it $21 Blackjack :)

no idea. i've never paid attention to LCV vs SCV (mainly because i don't care enough about it :))

Paulson makes no distinction between scv and lcv. Both molds are used interchangeably, and chips are even routinely produced with scv mold markings on one side and lcv markings on the opposite side.

that is . . . fascinating

I doubt you will find any that are LCV on both sides.. hit me up if you do(y).
From the (limited amount) of recent THC chips I have seen, Paulson seems to be running dual SCV or halfsies.. mixed SCV/LCV.
Many of the JACK casino chips are halfsie SCV/LCV.. the rest are SCV both sides.. and yeah, I have sorted racks based on that
