This is a set I really enjoyed putting together but my taste in chips have changed so this set needs a good home. It took me a while to list it because I was not 100% sure of the set's value or if I really wanted to sell. After consulting with some of the community I have decided to offer this set in an auction. We will follow pretty much the same rules as most of the other auctions but with one change. There will be a Buy it now Price.

I have been through the situations of not being on the forum at the right time before and missed out on something I would have wanted an opportunity to purchase hence the auction format. I would like to keep this set within the community and also make sure all those who have an interest have an equal shot at purchasing this set

The chips are in the usual casino used condition that you would expect from the GV primaries.

The auction includes the following items.

Grand Victoria Primary set:

404 X $1
407 X $5
201 X $25
100 X $100
1 X Acrylic Dealer Button
1 X Ceramic Dealer Button
1X Gemaco Superflex Set (Unused)
(Does not include racks or the $500 chips in the picture)

Bidding starts at $1200. Shipping will be added to the final auction price (shipping will reflect USPS flat rate priority boxes and will include signature requirement and insurance). Shipping will be in two Flat Rate boxes to avoid damage -Payment via Paypal Friends and Family or buyer pays all Paypal fees.

Rules:

1. All bids are to be placed openly in this thread (no PM bids allowed).
2. Bid is for entire set.
3. Bids in minimum increments of $10.
4. Edited bid posts will be voided.
5. No shipping to P.O. boxes.
6. International Forum Members are welcome to bid as long as you are a current PCF member and as of the start time have at least 15 posts (or if not, otherwise seek my approval) and you pick up all applicable shipping/handling costs & fees.
7. Auction closes Friday, April 1st at 8:00pm Central Time and incorporates the "5 minutes after last closing bid rule". Highest bid before 8pm will win the auction unless there is a bid within 5 minutes of closing time. Then the closing time will be 5 min. after that last bid was posted. For example, if someone bids at 7:55pm on Friday and no one bids after, then the auction ends at 8:00pm. If there is a bid at 7:58pm, then that bid is good until 8:03. And more bids can ensue until 5 minutes time has passed without a bid. This eliminates last second sniping.
8. I am adding a "buy it now" price to this auction. If you would like to buy it now, post in this thread openly. A Buy it now offer of $1500 will win the chips.
EDIT. Once a bid has been placed the Buy it Now will no longer be honored and the auction will run its course.
9. I reserve the right to change the rules at any time, but will do so with the intent of running a fair auction.
10. For the same reason, I also reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time and/or void any/all bids.
11. Tommy and PCF are in no way responsible for any actions in this auction.

Good Luck and Happy bidding!

T-minus 24 hours and the auction will be over. I am hoping these will find a good home. If not I guess that means they are already home. I will not be listing these elsewhere like eBay because I would prefer that they stay with the chip community.

I did edit the buy it now - if there is a bid then the buy it now will not be honored.

Thanks for looking,
David O
