A bid at the close time is NOT a valid bid. Since seconds are not displayed on post timestamps, these exampleswill be used as a reference.

Haha. I own a salon, in a pretty ritzy part of Los Angeles, our salon was Part if the Sherman oaks Street fair, and my neighbor Booth renter for the street fair was the Val Kilmer Foundation, they were auctioning a few of these off for Charity, and because I let him load and unload through my salon and parking lot, he gave me this after the night was over, Val was not present, he is actually sick lately.

I am positive this is legit,I’ll look up the art house where the art originated.
