The lower the denom the more they make for the most part unless your talking about fractions. The higher the denom the less they make which makes them rare and more valuable.

Yep, this. Also the lower the denom the more often it is played generally speaking. So it follows the condition typically improves as you move up the chip denom. Keep an eye on the stated quality.
