When he sold me them he said the edges are sharp but needs some cleaning and I haven’t touched them since receiving haha

I was at Bally’s last week. Brought a few chips home that I weeded out of a couple hundred. The chips are mostly very used. If I hear that the poker room ever makes a chip change out, I’ll go straight there!

I was lucky to score 3 uncirc racks...these are awsome and very worth searching for them.
There is also a RHC version available of the Ballys $1 (have to look up the name of the casino...someone over here build a set with them)
