Well, let's see, if Position 1 is to the left of the dealer and then goes clockwise:
Positions 2, 4, and 6 get their cupholder directly in front of them.
Positions 1 and 5 get their cupholder on their left.
Positions 3 and 7 get their cupholder on their right.
Dealer gets the cupholder on their right, which happens to be right in front of Position 7.
