The trick is to start a BCC Grand Cardroom pr0n request thread (with some starter pics). When people post pics, throw money at them to sell their sets.

Most BCC chips originally sold for between 80c and $1.10 each. The more popular chips typically sell for $1.50/chip and up these days, IF you can convince somebody to sell them. The nicest ones can easily go for well over $2/chip in quantity. BCC spotted Grand Cardroom sets are usually priced between $1.50/chip and $2/chip.
I doubt that I'd accept even $3/chip for my GCOP set, but I'm sure somebody out there is willing to pay it.
