I bought them for low limit cash games. 50¢ - $1 though $3-6 limit hold em and stud games. For nites of playing splash around poker with friends who don't know poker very well or can't afford or don't want to put several hundred dollars in play on a home game with friends.

This takes me back to the set I used to own of them except I had a tournament set with 25-100-500-1k-5k chips. They were a blast to play with and glad to see some photos of these chips.
