It is with great sadness that I list this set for sale - this was my first really REALLY good set and I have a lot of memories with it. But, I have a custom order coming up and these rarely get used any more and need a good home.

These chips were produced for a GB on Chiptalk in late 2010. It was a very limited production as many were frustrated with BCC's QC at the time, and saw any order as a huge gamble. Well, the chips came out great, with some of the best colors ever used (you can never REALLY appreciate the TRK Fire $5s until you see them in person!) There is only one other (much smaller) set of these in North America (owned by a prominent PCFer whose name I will not divulge publicly unless he wishes,) and two in Europe (owned by chippers who haven't been heard from in years.) So, about as close to unique as you can get for a GB set. I bought these second-hand in 2012 and couldn't have been happier with the purchase.

Here is what I have from the original GB:

203x $0.25 (gray/black/blood red)
344x $1 (horizon blue/dark blue/canary yellow)
323x $5 (TRK fire/charcoal/white)
70x $20 (laker purple/lavender/TRK(?) yellow)

I have also added 40x custom-labeled $100 chips on MGK blanks (bone white/light blue/mauve/lavender) with custom artwork by J5 based on the original GB artwork (which he also produced.) Labels were created by Gear Labels on ultra-thin 2-mil vinyl; these labels are simply AMAZING. There is NO difference to the feel of an inlaid chip, and unless you look VERY closely you cannot even tell they are labels and not inlays.

A Suicide King dealer button is also included with the set.

These chips are not "mint" - they have been used in approximately 30 home games (~5 hour sessions) and are nicely broken in (but still in very, very good condition with sharp edges, no nicks, dirt, or other damage.) They have been oiled on 3 separate occasions.

Asking price for all 980 chips plus DB is $1,895 plus any applicable shipping, insurance and Paypal fees at actual cost. Non-USA buyers are welcome under the following conditions:

-You MUST pay via Paypal Friends & Family
-Set will be shipped in one USPS large flat-rate box, at actual cost
-YOU accept all responsibility for the shipment once it leaves the U.S.; insurance will not cover anything that happens in another country. No refunds.

This is NOT a "dibs" sale. This ad will run until at least 10:00 a.m. CST on Wednesday, Feb. 24th. At that point if there are multiple interested buyers a randomized flip will be held to determine the buyer. Payment within 24 hours is expected, and if a sale occurs by then the chips will ship next weekend.

Feel free to post or PM with any questions. On to the pics!

Great set! GLWS. I'm definitely considering these ones :) I really want some BCC chips, but I'm thinking I need a tourney set. Hmmm....

Might not be a lot for some of you. I just spent 2500 on chips in the last few months (two custom cpc sets). The only way I could get these is if he dropped the price by a grand, lol.

WOW...........I hope somebody in my circle buys these so I can play with them, lol.

Bravo! One of the nicer BCC custom cash sets, imo -- and one that transfers ownership easily, since it isn't personalized. Fire chips rock! GLWS, somebody's gonna be very happy to land these. (y)

If I ever hosted with any regularity I'd totally buy these. The ones and fives are two of my favorite colors. And BCC made some great chips when they weren't screwing them up.

WOW, always 1 of my favorite sets !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ah, the "I'm selling a REALLY nice set to loosen up some cash for some dang expensive CPCs". Been there. This is an exceptional set, pretty exclusive, but there are some chips out there to be had if you wanted more. Was this Courage's set?

No, Courage had (still has, AFAIK) the tourney set, of which there were only 2. There were only 4 cash sets - 2 in the U.S. and 2 in Europe.

Can't. Stop. Looking. At. Thread.

Well, I guess I could use these as a 25/100/500/2000/10000 tourney set, if I considered the denominations as pennies..... and there's enough to run a three-table T10K tourney and a two-table T20K tourney (yeah, I ran the numbers). I need another high-end tournament set like I need another hole in my head.

Must. Have. Fire. Chipes.

Fantastic set. I'd be sorely tempted if I was funding a CPC set of my own!!

GLWS!

Just beautiful! Do you really want to sell these? BCC is dead and there really aren't too many of their sets, that are like this: great looking, good manufacturing quality, awesome MGK mold.

I sold my Capitol Rooms, which were equally awesome, and the only reason I'm not considering this the biggest mistake of my entire chip life is that I'm rarely playing poker at all nowadays (and that I stopped collecting without using).

Anyway, good luck with this sale! The new owner will surely be very happy with these :)

Is this an offer? Not trying to be a dick, but I wasn't sure if it was real or just complimenting the Fire chips.

I have a sample set of these, and a sample of the tourney set, from the original GB in 2010. Fantastic chips!
Whoever gets these will be very happy; great design, great mold, and fantastic colors! (Can never go wrong with TRK Fire!) GLWS!

@Ben, no one has asked you the most pertinent question; Will purchasing and playing with these chips improve my Scrotum play? If the answer is yes, it's a snap call :)

GLWS!

I assume not, but Dave can correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks for the nice comments everyone! Y'all are really making it tougher to let go of these. [emoji12]

(Every time I look over the pics half my brain goes "Man, you should really buy these... Oh, right." [emoji27])

Best cash set ever. I might be biased...

The colors really popped on all of these. The $5 chip is my favorite and was somewhat copied from the Ritz $1000. The inlays by J5 came out perfect. This will be one of those sets that I buy back when I win the lottery on Wednesday. So please hold them until then. :D

Holy mother!! Seriously have to think about putting other plans on hold to make a play at these. Wow those are so awesome. Had to be an awfully tough decison to sell.
