Subscribing. I have a BCC FOC set on the way. All I can comment about is that I've had many different BCC and Paulson sets. The flame mold is very similar to RHC, but I've never played with the giant inlay. Only normal flame mold, the CDI. To me, the feel very similar to a Paulson chip, just different. Plus many just aren't a fan of the flame mold, mostly for looks. The older flame mold are likely lighter as well. They didn't start doing heavier weight until late when people were asking for it.
BCC and flame mold are also known for QC issues like misshapen inlays. Don't know if this was a problem with the giant inlay chips.
@Ben8257 can give a better comparision becuse he's played with both.
