Design of these chips are a tribute to the production design of the Cartamundi-produced chips for the 2006 movie starring Daniel Craig in his debut as James Bond (I know, I know, a custom compressed clay tribute to 14g slugged plastics!). Graphic of the building is an original cartoonified drawing of part of the facade of the Grandhotel Pupp in the Czech Republic, which was used for exterior shots of the fictional casino in Montenegro. The location of the casino has been moved back to Ian Fleming's original setting in the novel, the resort town of Royale-les-Eaux in Northern France. The inlay base has been given a parchment-coloured gradient reminiscent of an old wine bottle label. Chips are on the Large Crown mold by CPC, while plaques were made by MSK. Plaque colours were also based on the production design by Bourgogne et Grasset (except for the $5,000,000 plaque, which is non-canonical). A large dealer button and cut cards based on the colours of the French flag complete the set.
