Best Off Strip Property with low table minimums? (1 Viewer)

Hey, I'm visiting Vegas with friends next week (we're in our 30's and staying on strip), but we're looking for some off strip shenanigans. Low table limits, drinks that flow freely, and bonus if there's other things to see or do. Considering the below list of places we've never been to. Open to any suggestions. Thoughts?

Suncoast / Rampart
Sam's Town
Jerry's Nugget
Sahara
Ellis Island
Durango
Red Rock
South Pointe
Green Valley ranch

Been a while since I was there, but, found some lower table limits at Orleans.
