I'm doing a deep dive on molds and industry history and Bill Borland's Blue Book keeps being referenced by Eisenstadt and others. Looks like it was a binder full of pages... made to be expandable, and for collectors to use as a sort of inventory management system for their collections.

Does anyone have scans of the book, or parts of the book that reference molds? Eisenstadt mentions "This mold was Borland's #17" or whatever, and implies that Borland had additional nuggets of info about most everything.
Where's this book!
