That one Limited Edition is the only one made. It was purchased by a group to flip at a meet. I would say the chances getting that set from the winner of the flip is very unlikely.
Here is some other trivia for you. - I believe that only 20 of the rare $13 chips exist in North America. Most samples out there do not have one. Some were contest prizes and a few others auctioned for charity. Prices then were about $40 for the single chip.
