I see at least one chip has a significant crack. Still, at >40¢ a chip, it would be a nice score for someone willing to buy/part them out.

See other thread. At 0.40 a chip over this large an amount, I wouldn't consider it a bargain. It's not terrible, but it is a huge investment, and might not make your money back.
