Must be a commercially built table. The rail is sewn together in about ten segments. Most home builders will cover the rail without seams.

Not bad looking though.

Possibly? I personally have no idea, definitely something I’ll have to look into. The owner I guess bought it the way it came so he’s not sure what it is/how it got there.
