Bounty Chips For Dunes CCs (1 Viewer)

Any ideas on bounty chips that will go with a Dunes CC set?

Right now I'm considering these bounty chips from ABC.

If there is nothing that really goes with the Dunes theme, what do you guys recommend for some nice bounty chips?

Just buy some Dunes red $5, and get some Gear labels?

I’m assuming, of course, that you’re running a tourney that starts with 25’s.

Which colors/denoms are you using so far. Agree with @Beakertwang, get one of the Dunes CC colors your aren't already using and have @Gear do a bounty label. They will fit the set perfectly.

Thanks for taking the time to help @TheBigTater and @Beakertwang (y) :thumbsup:. I don't run a big game, just need 10 chips, but if it makes sense to go custom I suppose I could.

Looks like the @Gear website is under construction, but from what I can find here in the forum, they do it right.

Any information you guys have on pricing, process, etc? Do I just buy the chips and send them to them and they send them back with the labels?

@t3nacity, send @Gear (Chris) a message through PCF. He’s fantastic to work with . I know he’s on vacation for the next 2 weeks or so, therefore there might be a delay in response, but he and his product get rave reviews around here.

He may be able to help with simple design stuff. Plan on 30¢/chip for the labels.

I believe it will be 30c a chip (.15 per side) for custom labels from @Gear just PM him, he will do small amounts if you ask nice. He can match up (perfectly) to just about any chip.

I use these from ABC - they’re pretty universal to the idea of a bounty and work across the board if you don’t mind mixing the ceramic with the CC’s.

For sets that don't have a matching bounty chip, I typically use either the generic bounty chip (gray, upper left) or the Lucky Symbols bounty chip (red w/yellow face):

I collect low denom chips from real casinos and throw them in Airtite chip cases so they act as bounty chip and card protector (because I’ve seen too many dealers muck hands that were live). Just an idea. But seriously, do a bounty buy with the sultan. I would love to augment my dunes set even more.

We use the seating chip as a bounty. Two birds one stone (chip if you will).

How much is your bounty worth? How about going all out and getting 10 Dunes $20 43mm chips if your bounty is $20?

Why not a label just like this quick mockup, and put it on just about any Dunes chip you aren't using in your set?

Another option is just order a custom hybrid chip from ABC. I believe the minimum is 25 chips. Always nice to have some extra bounty chips available.
