Breakdown Help. Finish my WTH&C Set. (1 Viewer)

I currently have this set of chips. They will see play for the first time next weekend at a guy's weekend tournament.

The current breakdown is:
$25 x 100
$100 x 300
$500 x 100
$1000 x 320
$5000 x 80

I would like to add 100 more chips. What denoms should they be? All $25's all $500's.

I don't have a specific game/stakes in mind I just a nice versatile set.

Add a rack of 25s. For your set, the 500 is needed less than any other chip IMO, given that you have plenty of 1000s and 5000s. To me, any tourney with a T25 should have at least eight of them in the starting stack.

Totally agree, I'd bump the T25 chips to 200.

That's sorta my formula for a well-balanced medium-sized 750-chip tourney set: 200xT25, 200xT100, 100xT500, 200xT1000, 50xT5000. Your extra T100's don't really gain you much, but you do have a lot more big-stack flexibility with the extra T1000's and T5000's in there.

I think you're seriously short on the T25's, though. 200 is enough for 16 stacks of 12 each, or 25 stacks of 8 each. A full three-table set requires a minimum of 240 T25/T100 chips imo, and I usually go three full racks each when building those.
