I got an email that Shurhold is having a sale for the 4th of anyone's interested (code FOURTH). 10% off and free shipping. I swear I don't work for them but the have the best buckets with wicked sturdy rope handles. The 5 gallons are prefect for car/boat washing and I got some 3.5 gallons that are perfect for chip cleaning. They even have the grate at the bottom to keep the crud down there. Oh, and it's a seat.

As someone who uses empty five gallon buckets in some way, shape or form quite literally every day while working I am trying and failing to understand what makes this sillly thing worth five bucks... and they get $50? If someone gave me one I'm pretty sure the first thing I'd do would be to throw away the red inserts.

OK Fine! I'm taking my buckets and going home. I guess, much like the cheese, I stand alone on this one. I'm guessing you have to hold that rope handle yourself to really understand. Carry on, and Happy 4th, anyway!

Seems like a cool product, bucket with removable caddy that stores supplies, grate for dirt separation at bottom, padded seat top for sitting down (seems useful for cleaning tires, undercarriage of car, etc - my knees aren't in as good of shape as they used to be.), and hopefully it's a little sturdier than the cheaper $5 buckets. I'd like to thank you for posting.

Some of the replies above remind me of reactions from non-chippers when they hear how much I've spent on poker chip sets. Dice chips = the $5 bucket.
