Pretty sure Matsui is correct. I think a friend of mine has a set of these.

Those chips look like they belong in the trash. I wouldn't take them for free LOL.

Matsui usually gets blamed for these, but was there ever any proof of that? I mean they do offer a similar style CIC mold, but it's not the same. What other chips do we know that are on the same mold as the Royal Kings Club?

These chips have come up many times over the years. I think at some point there was proof that they were actually Matsui, but who knows.

Reminds me of the red, white and blue hat no canes, and the fake Paulson Classics. They rear their ugly head over and over, and have since Chiptalk.
