love ICON chips. have tried several times to get in contact with a domestic sales rep to talk about better options than the standard 614 all-white spotted chips they have for US home game customers.

every time i mention that my order will in the 1500-3k chip range i get no further response whatsoever. no explanation that the order is too small. no "sorry we're only offering X to home customers." just radio silence even after several follow-up emails. easily the worst customer service of any chip company currently operating imo.
