These are ceramic chips from chipco. I believe they were used in an annual poker event on a cruise ship in the Caribbean...maybe used during a half dozen annual events.

They are in good but used condition; it varies slightly from chip to chip, some look brand new, others show some signs of minor wear (a few scuffs, chip scrapes from shuffling, a little dirt) but no major fading or chipping.

What kind of chips are these? Who manufactured them?

They are chipco. I have a decent tourney set but I think mine are secondary. These colors are actually cooler imo, but the chips are in like new condition. Back a few years ago on Ct there was a thread, a dude had a storage locker full of these chips. They were cheap and nice, I'm glad I bought mine.
