If I read this right, it's:
I'm seeing:
100 orange
200 white
100 tan
100 blue (with 1.00 hotstamp)
Given the quantities, if you play .10/.25 NL and .25/.50 NL, you really, really want the whites to be your $1. (If you play limit poker, that's a different story, but I doubt you play limit at such a low level.)
I'd consider:
100 x .10 blue (1.00 stamp could mean one dime???)
100 x .25 tan
200 x $1 white
100 x $5 orange
If the 1.00 tilts you, and you must use it as the $1, I'd say:
100 x .10 tan
200 x .25 white
100 x $1 blue
100 x $5 orange
(And $20 bills on the table play, when you run out of $5s. 6 or 8 players at 25c/50c will typically run out of $1s and $5s no matter which way you lay this out. Make sure the bills are kept visible so stack size is obvious, and so they don't leave the table until cashouts.)
You might use the tan as a $20 or $25 if not playing 10c/25c, but you'd need to be careful with them - you don't want to lose a couple of tans chips playing 10c/25c and then find them when playing a 25c/50c game. Also, be sure they are obvious among the whites when there's just one or two tan... which I doubt.
