Wanted Cash set for my boss (500 - 600 chips) (2 Viewers)

Ok - so my office is looking to buy a cash set for our boss for Xmas. Price range $500 - $600.

Break down:

200 - $1s

~300 - $5s

~100 - $25s (or $20s)

Looking for something in very good condition.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Yea go with some ceramics or china clays. There are several good options which you can buy in stock. I think the Dunes CC is a good option just make sure you get CC and not the uber cheap Dunes chips.

Most people who don't know chips will think any of the CC chips are amazing as they will only know dice.

Horseshoe Cleveland for the win!!! Every local player finds it cool to play with them.

They will last much longer than any CC chips and hold their value better too.

You should reconsider the dunes China Clays. You can get the set you describe from @The Chip Exchange here https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/february-12th-multi-casino-sale.17972/
for $450. That’s 200 $1’s, 300 $5’s, and 100 $25’s. Real casino Paulsons for under a buck a chip, compared to china clays is a no brainer in my opinion.

Well those are awesome. I almost wish I didn't own a chipco set, so I could take a shot at these. 60 cents apiece for casino chipcos seems high these days, though. I'd have a hard time paying more than 40 cents apiece.

Agreed. But if he's selling racks for $60 each, I'll bet you could get 600 chips for $250ish shipped. OP said ceramics were okay.

Even tho ceramics aren't my cup of tea, these are high quality chips. If he can get the right price, might be a good solution for the OP.

Crazy value on those "Three Feather" ceramics. If I was OP I would jump on those asap.
