I assumed the whole set was 829 chips, with the option to buy either of the smaller sets if you didn't want the whole thing. That's just my guess though.

Not sure how i would make the blind structure work with the 5s in there, maybe a 24 player tourney with 5k starting stack?

Blinds at 5/10 or 10/25? Wish there were more higher denoms 1k and 5k and no red 5s. Then I might go for this.
