Quite a few variations!

They usually used the same base/spot colour patterns for X value and 1000X value.

There are some rare exceptions. T20/20,000 is commonly Black base, but there are Charcoal base chips floating around.

Also note how the T5/5,000 is the same as CDI98 $1000. You will find many parallels among the Paulson fantasy lines.

Are the Casino de Mexico a Fantasy Chip like a Tiger? Was there an original set of these? I think they are pretty chips. Are they relabels?

I believe they are labeled “fantasy” Paulson sold them via retail. And it’s a fantasy casino.

Tigers are referred to as NAGB chips but also could be classified as Fantasy as well. Fantasy = Paulson made them for customer retail or a casino that never opened?

NAGB = PCFers who cracked the code for a direct Paulson buy and resold for profit.

Then you also have some people who legally got direct orders through Paulson for personal sets, again, I’d refer to those as fantasy.
