Word.

Just wondering if any "celebrity/famous" Poker players (you know, Hellmuth, Negreanu, and so on) are also chip collectors or at least enthusiasts?

Wonder whether they have any interest in chips beyond just winning the bloody things off people.

Thoughts?

Great question. I've always wondered this myself. You sometimes hear of custom sets made for famous people.

I know that Steve Dannemann had a custom table and chips made. There are some shots of the table in this All In article, though I don't know if the chips shown are his customs.

Can't really make them out in the picture. A guy I played with at Maryland Live had a $5 chip from Dannenmann's set that he used as a card capper. Given the white ring, it was almost certainly a Chipco.

Yeah semi-custom Paulsons he had made through Apache. As an explanation of the graphic, Josh said Blitz's nickname is "the Goat".

I hate that his chips are for cash games only and he has a 1mil and 100k chip, so jelly

I see a shaved pussy in the picture.

the cat you perverts.

(but it is a table pr0n shot)

Given Erik Seidel's exquisite tastes in high-roller backgammon equipment, I'd guess that his poker setup is equally impressive. Same for Dan Harrington, though probably to a lesser degree.
