Sitting Out
Hi PCF,
I recently got my hands on a mixed set of 500 chips. I've been able to identify 350 of the chips. They were Chipco's. But I still have one rack (plus a barrel-ish) of tournament used ceramics, that I have been unable to find information on.
I'm hoping someone on here can help me out.
Feel-wise, they're not Chipco's. Smooth edges, easily shuffled. Minimal texture, but not slippery. The sound is really close to the Chipco's, but a tiny bit lower-pitched. All the ones I've compared are perfectly aligned. (except for the numbers on the edges, which can be either lower or higher from the center)
From what I've found out about GSOP, it used to be a tournament that were played in multiple locations in Europe. There are a couple pictures from the GSOP tournaments, where you're able to see something that could resemble chips similar to what I have here. But it's quite hard to tell, since the images dates back to the early 2010's.
