Hi PCF,

I recently got my hands on a mixed set of 500 chips. I've been able to identify 350 of the chips. They were Chipco's. But I still have one rack (plus a barrel-ish) of tournament used ceramics, that I have been unable to find information on.

I'm hoping someone on here can help me out.

Feel-wise, they're not Chipco's. Smooth edges, easily shuffled. Minimal texture, but not slippery. The sound is really close to the Chipco's, but a tiny bit lower-pitched. All the ones I've compared are perfectly aligned. (except for the numbers on the edges, which can be either lower or higher from the center)

From what I've found out about GSOP, it used to be a tournament that were played in multiple locations in Europe. There are a couple pictures from the GSOP tournaments, where you're able to see something that could resemble chips similar to what I have here. But it's quite hard to tell, since the images dates back to the early 2010's.

Shiny edges. Perhaps SunFly?
Very shiny yes.

SunFly seems like a very good guess. One could even say that it's a correct guess.

From the small amount of research I did just now, they could be SunFly's. But I did have quite a hard time to find anything that isn't a Hybrid Ceramic.

Do you have any examples of non-hybrid SunFly ceramics?

Perfectly aligned chips but not always centered vertically + (very) shiny edges seem SF indeed.

If you say easy to shuffle I guess it's because they don't have squared edges, which is another point for SF.

Thanks for the input!

They seem fairly unusual up on the classifieds. So I guess I'll need some luck to get myself some more SunFly's later on. :D
