Today, 9th December, would've been my mom's birthday but she died from cancer-related complications coming up for four years ago.
At the time, nurses and care staff provided by Macmillan (cancer charity) helped through a mind-bendingly bad time. I like to try and give something back, so here we've got a charity auction with all proceeds going to Macmillan.
What are you bidding on?
It's a 6-chip sample set of hen's teeth Black Cat Club MD-50 chips. These are for a set that doesn't yet exist and only 60 chips exist in total. 36 of these were given out as gifts, full details of which are in the Kat Kase thread.
No two of these 6 sets are alike, they are wholly unique and will not be repeated. Ever.
24 chips remain in my possession. The winner of this auction can cherry pick 6 chips (one of each denom) from the remainder.
UPDATE - You'll also get a full Black Cat Club ASM FDL sample set, gambol chip, champ chip (only 20 made) and V1 bounty chip.

Rules
- Auction begins as soon as this thread is posted
- Bids start at 1c
- Auction will close at 12:01am Monday (just after midnight Sunday) EST
- Winner can choose from the remaining chips of their choice
- Remaining hundos are all the same, so no choice there but you will get the nicest one left
- Some of the chips from the CPC factory have imperfections (around mold strike on a couple of chips). I will flag these for the winner and they will have the option to choose a replacement chip from the remainder if need be (we will discuss this via pm after the auction and I will provide pics to illustrate)
- It would be great if the winner would be willing to work with me to create a 7th unique sample set. I think this is still possible
- Auction does not include a Kat Kase of certificate of awesometicity etc and the winner will not be permitted to commission one
- Payment to be via PP F&F in GBP. This is important as in the UK we have Gift Aid, a scheme wherein the government matches charitable donations with 25p in every £1 donated. I will be using Gift Aid for the donation
- I will make the donation on our mutual behalf, name the winner and will send proof of the donation to Macmillan
- I will pay shipping
