I don’t think licensed casinos are legal in NH, I believe they have to be charity card rooms or membership clubs like the Texas rooms iirc
I bought my roulette wheel off a guy who ran a casino in NH, Tom knows the story. Anyway, he said that by state law, X% of all operating profits had to be pre-designated to go to a registered state charity. So basically, every day he was open he would advertise a charity, and the percentage of operating profit would go to them. Not sure how often the remittance had to be done, whether it could be done quarterly, or whatever. And I don't know if there were restrictions on the charity. It could be a school sports club one day, a hospital another day, etc.
He told me he was selling the wheel so he could upgrade to a dual-table with digital projection. It sounded like business was good.

There websites have some sort of legal filings on them for citations or something so either covid or legal troubles is my guess.
