Instincts tell me cheapos, but I've never seen them before. Please confirm.

On my phone, I couldn't confirm they were wrapped in plastic. However, I figured stored in a plastic tub was not a good sign.

Second set looks even cheaper.

I was thinking maybe ceramic, but it looks like they could be unicorns or mermaids.

Unfortunately all these are plastic chips. Their only value is for representing money during poker games, hence they are worthless (except as actual poker chips).
