Since Bud Jones doesn't sell to the public you are limited to harvesting from casinos where the chips are live/in use or finding them from closed casinos where the chips have appeared on the secondary market.
1: use the ChipGuide's query tool http://www.themogh.org/cg_query.php to get a narrowed search list based on the "BJ" mold. You can use the tool to limit your list to lots of things, open/closed, by country/state, etc... just remember the ChipGuide is a really useful tool but doesn't always list everything.
2: search the classified here at PCF or eBay for chips from closed casinos that used the Bud Jones S2 style chips. Some that come to mind that show up sometimes are Big Apple, Caesars Crystal Cruises, Midway Casino, etc... there are more but those are the ones that show up the most often off the top of my head right now.
