I hate excluding members but for just chip racks, the shipping cost would be insanely high otherwise I would ship outside the US for this giveaway.

I don't feel excluded at all and I definitely agree on the huge shipping cost outside of the US for these,
On my side, I was lucky enough to win a previous contest (in fact, second place, in poker room, beat by BUBBLE on the finish line),
