Up for sale are 700 chips from the Golden Nugget from Tukwila Washington. This card room closed down in 2015. They are in excellent slightly used clean shape. Looks like a great relable or limit set.

80 X $1
600 X $2
20 X $5

$800.00 with free shipping pay pal friends and family. Will ship overseas but buyer pays shipping and assumes all risk with f&f payment.

something very very appealing about these chips. And i don't just mean the fantastic price! GLWS

I thought about grabbing these on eBay but they looked a lot more worn, your pics make em look to be in pretty good shape. Glws

Dang! Haha, ya I thought about buying these too. Would have made for a cool limit set, but I already have one... Doh!

Thanks all, I really want to keep them but I have been on a buying terror and some things gotta go...

What's scratching at the back of my brain is that since the cool inlay side doesn't have a denomination, you could relable or do an inlay replacement on only the denominated sides, and preserve much of the coolness.

Haha valid point, I had not thought of it. Maybe make the $2's into $5's and $5's into $20's. That kind of thinking might make me keep the set LOL

I was offered $20 for a single five dollar chip over on thechipboard

I seriously think that's the perfect solution if someone doesn't like the breakdown. Labeling one side of the two dollars aa five dollars and the fives as 20s really brings it to a playable standard in many $1/2 games. You may have to track down 20 more ones which shouldn't be hard.

That said I'm open to reasonable offers.

I'm guessing it may be better to split them up and sell the peach $2' s by the rack and sell the $1's and $5's as sample sets?

One last price drop before I decide to sell them by the rack $700, you pay the shipping.

A buck a chip for long came version paulsons. Doesn't get much better than that.

So I'm leaning towards just keeping these and going the label on one side of the $2's into $5's route. I think I can supplement the $1's with these Whiskey Petes if I can find 20 or so. Anyone ever seen them around other than singles on eBay?
