This may be a preemptive strike as I just sent an email to them very frustrated with the condition of my order and am waiting a response, however, I’m putting the warning out there as I haven’t seen one before. I received my order from them and it was trashed. The packaging protection (if you wanna call it that…) was clearly only put in one side, so all the weight and chips were sitting against crappy cardboard and god knows what else on the other side during shipment. Umpteen chips were cracked and/or destroyed, and honestly I’m fairly confident more will fall apart on the felt. I’ve never seen shipping done this poorly, especially for things that are potentially fragile.

FAIR WARNING, buy at own risk.

I will update if they make me whole like some others have said in past threads.

Yeah. On the plus side, of all the china clays, they feel and sound most like actual clay chips.
