For folks who may be looking to get a ballpark of what a custom CPC set would cost, the resource linked below should give you a good idea (click link and then "Download" to get it in Excel). This was posted 3 years ago and updated annually, but I wanted to be sure to bump in case newer folks weren't aware of its existence.
