Is there anywhere to get custom 48mm chips or blanks like China clays. (Not brpropoker)

You can contract with several different Chinese manufacturers to make you a custom chip mold in pretty much any size diameter, for a bunch of different materials (plastic, china-clay, ceramic, etc.).

But nothing pre-made or off-the-shelf.

For anyone who come across this thread there are a few vendors on Alibaba who are willing to custom make ceramic chips to get some in the same material or mold as Tina it would require opening a new mold which will cost you $2200. I went with This vendor they were a pleasure to work with and reasonably priced.
Here are the sizes they offer:

46mm was $0.40/chip 50mm was $0.70/chip and 55mm was $1.00/chip.
I went with a set of 400 chips of the 50mm. Shipping was $110 (maybe I will organize a group buy if I can gather interest on large chip sets)
So total was $385 after a small discount.

Here are the samples that were made

I went with a very simple design for a fun factor.
The samples were made less than 12 hours after I sent the artwork.
I will update this or create a new thread with the final product.
