I get mine made at brpropoker.com. I give out 49mm card protectors to tournament winners. Here’s next years.

There are some options, depending on your budget, materials, timetable, etc.

There are many designers on this forum who come highly recommended. BrProPoker would be a good ceramic option. Classic Poker Chips could make some excellent clay protectors, but they will cost more and take longer to manufacture.

There are a few places that can make metal protectors, but costs vary wildly.
