I've been out of the game for a loooooong time but starting to get the itch (doc said antibiotics won't help).

Who is hot stamping CPC solids these days?
Are there any molds that absolutely cannot be stamped?
Any specific colors to avoid?
Who can help with designing the dies?
How much per die (I'll need 6 if this gets off the ground - only the denom will change between designs)
How many extras should I order to account for mis-stamps or whatever?

All can be stamped. Lcrown, Scrown, and md50 are the hardest to stamp. If you have a complicated design, I'd stay away from these.

I can help with dies and get them ordered.

Dies cost about 15-20 per, less the more that's ordered in a group.

5-7 of each base color is a safe bet.
