So @madforpancakes has turned his home cash game into an online home game because of the apocalypse and all. Being that we love nice chips and this is the poker chip forum after all I thought I'd share my progress on bringing custom poker chips to that platform.

Here is the default chips for the platform:

In order to change these the final product must be just like that, D button to 1B chip each chip 23x19 pixels.

My first attempt was on making the JACK cash set with these chips:

I think it came out pretty good :D

Now to make some of the fancy expensive sets I can't actually own in real life!!

I also need to work on making a decent tournament chip mold to update all the tournament higher denoms to something cool.

If you want to use the jackset I've also attached it to this post.

This is just a first pass so I'm sure there will be many iterations on them.

Only available in Pro and Gold versions of Poker Mavens, not Lite , I believe (unfortunately, as this is what I am running).

Nice work! I may have to upgrade for this reason alone!
 
This is fantastic! Nice work.

A group of 15 buddies and I did an online "home" 2-table tournament last night using PokerMavens (Pro) and Zoom for live video chat. It was a blast. And we totally *didn't* use Venmo for buy-ins and winner payouts, because that might be construed as illegal :-)

We mocked up a custom graphic for the table top, but having custom chips would be great. I may need to try out your Jack set for next week's game.

Very cool! Alas, $40 was all I was willing to pay for Apocalypse Poker. Sucks it doesn't support custom artwork.

The Gold version is just to much of a bump.

Pro is $150, less than the $500 for Gold, and also supports custom chips. But yes, the $40 Lite version is my initial limit as well.

Pancakes updated from the lite to pro for our other friends who host a weekly tournament league. They gave him a few free buy ins if hed be willing to upgrade and host. Which he did and he ended up winning the very first tournament and won like $350!

So... moral of the story is upgrade to pro and you'll make a $200 profit!

These are fantastic! You did a great job, its such a pain to get the edge spots to look proper and not weirdly chunky with the micro resolution of the chips.

Just noticed you added an inlay and shaped inlay to these, amazing!
lets see how many I can get, I recognize most of them but rememebring the chip is a whole other game haha

While I did the Jack set, the 8v covers all the denoms and looks really nice, pretty happy with it!
 
Redid the chips, this time without denoms. Cleaned the dirty ones and got better lighting. Changed out the two RHCs for THCs and swapped the Empress $5 for an Ambassador Plaza $5. Also the Casino Rock Island 50c for an Outpost 25c. The 1k and 5k are a bit similar when there's only one 5k in the stack, but its fine for now.

Most of these really compound the issue of color separation between $100 and $500 chips. Somebody should do an Aurora Star set.

Anybody know of any free card back or avatar sets to load up??
 
I'm bumping this thread ... Anyone put together another nice set of PM chips? Just curious... I love many of the ones listed in this thread already, but I'd be curious to know if there are any others out there.
 
Anybody still around? I’d like to upgrade my mavens asap’ like previous posted be nice to hire someone at this point. Help wanted. lol
