Damaged Dunes Chip (1 Viewer)

Somewhat similar situation to what RainMan is going through. I sold my Dunes cash set to someone local here for a reasonably good price, but one of the $5s is broken and he doesn't have a complete rack now.

What's the right thing to do for both of us so we can rectify this and stay friends and not try to drive over each other on the golf course (moreso than we already try to do for purely recreational purposes)?

Does it change the conversation at all if I mention that I sold him the chips 4 months ago and he broke one this week while cleaning it? I've sent chip sets younger than that to E-Bay. Didn't want to. Felt like I owed it to them.
