BrPro chips I purchased did not come shrink wrapped. Price is also way too low. I don't think BrPro licenses out their designs so I assume these are unauthorized copies.

As noted in the Marketplace post this is an online vendor located in St. Louis. He advertises on Marketplace in many regions (I see his ads come up in NYC all the time). Cannot speak to quality or legitimacy.
