Desert Sands (Cabazon, CA - 1959?) Spotted T.R. King (TRK) Small Crown $5 chips - 100x

About the chips:
Up for auction are 100x Desert Sands (Cabazon, CA - 1959?) spotted T.R. King (TRK) Small Crown $5 chips. I don’t have TRK color samples, but I would generically call the chips “salmon”. However, they are much darker than Paulson Salmon, being much closer in luminosity (but not in hue) to Paulson Watermelon. The hot stamps are intact, and show little wear. However, many of the hot stamps are oxidized, giving them a dark brown appearance. In order to give you a complete view of the hot stamp quality, I took two photos from two different angles of both sides of each and every chip face. Average weight is about 10.1g/chip.

These would make a nice addition to an existing Desert Sands Cabazon collection, or to a TRK mixed set.

Please look at the photos carefully to judge condition for yourself before bidding!

PLEASE READ
  • Dealer button and racks are not included in the auction.
  • I will ship to U.S. ADDRESSES ONLY.
  • THESE CHIPS ARE NOT PERFECT. I do my best to photograph any and all imperfections. PLEASE EXAMINE ALL PHOTOS CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BIDDING.
  • If you win multiple auctions, I will be happy to combine shipping in the most economical way that still ensures safe delivery.
  • Please don’t bid if you can’t pay. If payment isn’t made within seven days of winning the auction, I will either offer the item to the next highest bidder, or put the item back in the safe.
  • BIDS FROM MEMBERS WHO HAVE WON PAST AUCTIONS AND NOT PAID WILL BE IGNORED.
  • It is my intent to give all my buyers positive feedback. Because of the “5 feedbacks / 24 hour” rule and the “1 feedback per user per 5? hours” rule I sometimes fall behind. If you win an auction and I fail to give you positive feedback, please remind me!
Thanks in advance for your bids!
