Now that you've finished laughing, I sit on a board that has a soup kitchen and one of the things they do is give an item like a loaf of bread to take home. The way they do this is by handing the person a poker chip when they walk in and they can redeem the take home item with the chip, it works better than paper or the honor system. Now as someone who is on this form it should be noted that I don't own and have never owned any dice chips. So I was hoping that someone might have 100-200 that they would love to get rid of but don't want to throw away. I don't want anyone to go buy these chips, I can do that and I'm sure it would be cheaper than trying to ship some but just trying to alleviate the agony of saying you own dice chips. I will pay shipping costs, not sure what quantity fits into what boxes but don't worry about packaging as we all know dice chips can't be destroyed, as much as we have tried to eradicate them they are still around.

Thanks in advance.

I have a box with probably 3-4000, that were given to me by a well intentioned player of my Club. I would be happy to provide as many as you need. PM me with details.

Dave
Thank you very much. PM on it's way.

I'm going to be in Rochester NY over Thanksgiving weekend. I had given my brother n law about 1000 of them. I don't think he uses them (actually, not sure if he still has them). If he does, and if your interested I could swipe a few hundred from him and meet up with you. Meet for lunch or something on the FRI or SAT after Thanksgiving.

Strongly recommend CL in your area. No shipping costs involved, etc.. Usually beyond super cheap
Yes I may save a few dollars, but how much better is it to say you no longer own dice chips? My thinking is that it would probably be on CL for $20 and a FR box would be about the same, or so I think. Again bonus is that I have freed the owner from chips he/she would rather throw out but can't seem to.

Thanks detroitdad and iblonger, I went with the first offer. But DD no reason I can't take you up on the second offer when you're in town.

Oh and believe it or not I was informed that the chips sometimes go home instead of a loaf of bread.

There are obviously chip collectors everywhere. :)

Chips sent... somewhat amused at the the thought of being able to claim a 2015 tax deduction for donating poker chips to a church!

It's true, I may be a good man... then again, I may be the anti-Christ!

(I couldn't resist appropriating that last comment for my own humor... honk if you know where it came from?)
