And the seller claiming that you can't get them made new any longer is silly, particularly when there are adds for new Nevada Jacks chips just below the main listing in the "recommended items" section or whatever that list is called.

Were they ever made by Chipco? I know that ABC took over at some point (http://www.customizedpokerchips.com/), but I don't know who made them prior to that.
