It's reasonable. The AtlanticCoin seller on eBay generally offers fair retail pricing. I bought a grip of Empress secondary $25's from them when filling out my original limit set. Whether or not a rack of used, dirty RHC's is worth $70 is up to the buyer, of course, but if I was looking to round out/add onto a set of them, I'd pay $70. They don't gouge on shipping, either.
