I think people get confused about how uncommon this chip is vs the more common 1k baccarat.

Looking at all the Dunes showcase photos on this site I only see a handful of people with a few of them.

All the racks and barrels pr0n are baccarat $1ks.

I spent a long time trying to find one for myself after missing out on auctions on eBay. Finally was able to grab one though about a year or so ago.

I've only seen maybe one rack of actual $1k Dunes 39mm chips. All the rest I've seen are baccarat $1ks.

I had 80 of them. I think there is less than 2 racks in existence. I sold them to a northeast chipper at a friends and family price, he makes good use of them now.

Always loved these chips. Never played or ran well with them, sadly.
