Good to know! Maybe I got for $5-$1k thenNot terribly hard I got one on eBay for like $40 or 50 or something.
And I'm sure there are folks with barrels of not racks haha
If you got a Dunes poker $1000 on eBay for $40 or $50, I’d say you got a great deal. In the past two years or so, I’ve seen multiple singles sell for over $100. I think the highest I’ve seen was $182.50 in Sep 2023 (screenshot further below). Not terribly hard I got one on eBay for like $40 or 50 or something.

Even two of the Dunes poker $500 have recently gone for $69 and $70 (you can still see them on eBay “SOLD” listings).
Single chip prices have gone crazy, in my opinion.
Regarding “folks with barrels of not racks”… I know several (the old school definition of the word) people have barrels. I only know of two who have a full rack. To be fair, at least one member has said that there are more racks of the Dunes poker $1,000 chips out there, and I can’t argue that claim, but I haven’t seen proof, either.
I’d be super curious to know how many of these chips were rescued!
